Book: Good. Dust jacket: None. Corners and spine ends bumped, softened and starting to fray. Covers mostly clean but with some small blemishes and scuffing. Previous owner's inscription in pen on front endpapers of vol 1 & 2 and there are some sparse markings in pencil throughout all books. Faint liquid stain to tp edge of frontispiece of vol 6. Many hinges cracked and some instances of split binding in most books. Pages are tanned and books smell faintly of smoke.
