Returns & Refunds
Returns may be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
Used books present a unique challenge in that each one, even ones identical in publication, are unique in their condition. We spend hours personally researching, cleaning, photographing, conditioning and transcribing all the information we believe is helpful in purchasing a book on a website.
If the book you received was not as described on the website, we will accept and offer free returns. For any other reason, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping. To be eligible for a return, the book must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. All returns must be securely packed and shipped similar to how they were received.
If there is an issue regarding a book you purchased, please send an email to email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Books sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the book is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong book, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
