Very good. Pages are unmarked except for previous owner's initials on endpaper. Gilt top stain is a little faded but still catches the light. Front hinge is partially cracked. Binding is starting to crack in the middle and has a slight lean. Boards have heavy rubbing around all edges. Spine ends are chipped. Corners are worn to cardboard. Large crease on front board.
