Random House, 1977. Book club edition. With an illustration spread by The Brothers Kildebrandt in the middle of the book. The first novel in the epic fantasy series, The Shannara Chronicles.
Book: Very good. Dust jacket: Very good. Jacket is protected in archival sleeve but experienced some wear around the edges including closed tears to top left corner of front cover and to spine ends. Rubbing to fore edge of jacket. Boards are straight and clean with very slightly bumped corners and spine ends. A whited-out price on front endpaper, but otherwise all pages are clean and unmarked. Slight spine lean, but binding remains quite strong on the whole, even nearby the two page illustration spread in the middle of book, which often causes binding issues.
