George Routledge and Sons, no date given. Assumed printed circa 1900.
Very good. Bookplate on inside of front cover (dated 1911) with transposed discoloration on opposite endpaper. Tanning pages that are free of any markings other than some foxing on first and last page and endpapers. Mild corner bumps and wear along the edges of boards and spine wrap. Beautiful embossed, gilted and colored cover image and spine decoration. Incredibly clean covers for the book's age. Though text block is intact, binding can be seen in the gutter of some pages early in the book, though binding appears strong on the whole.
