The Vanguard Press, 1963. Book club edition with gutter code, "37 J", which likely indicates a printing in September of 1968. Assumed first or early printing of this edition, which was first released in 1968 in order to capitalize on the success of the film of the same name.
Book: Very good. Dust jacket: Very good. Jacket is protected in archival sleeve but previously suffered some shelf wear, chipping and small tears around the edges. Boards are straight and clean with mild corner/spine end bumps. Binding is tight though spine leans slightly. All pages are clean and unmarked though tanned.
