Harper & Row, 1970. First American edition, third printing in second state dust jacket. Dust jacket has printed price of $7.95, but lacks the exclamation point after "Latin America" and instead has a period, indicative of the second state. "First Edition" stated on copyright page and the number lines shows a lowest number of 3.
Book: Very good. Dust jacket: Very good. Creases, chipping, and small tears around edges of jacket, mostly limited to back cover and spine ends. Mild rubbing to back jacket cover. Green cloth boards are straight and clean with mildly bumped, fraying and softening corners and spine ends. Gilt lettering and design on spine and front cover remains clear and bright. Binding is fairly strong with very slight spine lean. Previous owner's inscription on front endpaper, otherwise all pages are clean and unmarked though tanned. Jacket is protected in archival mylar sleeve.
