Very good. Chipping, small tears, creases and general wear around the edges of jacket, which surround limp paper boards. Tanning and spotty liquid staining to jacket spine. Binding is visible in both "hinges" and a few places elsewhere in book. Some very sparse and mild foxing/tan discolored areas to pages, which are otherwise clean and unmarked.
