Cloth board cover of volume 32B (Building superintendence, contracts, permits, etc.) has two rips on front cover. Corners are bumped and many are frayed. Spotty discoloration to front board of volume 12C (Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation). Boards remain relatively straight.
