Very good. Creases and small tears to cover and spine. Back cover has some spotty discoloration from liquid and scuffing. Last 100 pages or so has some water damage to fore edge. Some crosses/marks next to moves on a few of the "practical variations" within the book, with underlying text remaining legible. Page 13 has a small portion of the top of the page which has been torn in two places and creased. Tanning pages. Book has faintly musty smell.
