Good. Flexible felt casing is heavily sunned, has an open tear at the bottom fore-edge corner and dog-earring at the top fore-edge corner of the cover. The spine is intact and binding is mostly firm, with slight hinge cracking at the title page. The pages are bright and unmarked aside from open tear from front free endpaper and minor dings throughout.
