Fair. No dust jacket as issued. Bound in deep maroon cloth boards that have some faint damp staining. Gorgeous thick deckled fore-edge and bottom edge. Top edge gilt. Bumping and fraying to board corners and spine ends. A bit of sun-tanning to spine that somewhat affects legibility of gilt lettering. Front hinge is fully cracked and back hinge is loose and glue is split at page 3, but all pages are still attached and included. Wide margins. Rough shape, but still a beautiful copy.
